PT Job Connect Privacy Policy

PT Job Connect connects physical therapists and physical therapist assistants with clinics that are hiring. PT Job Connect is run by Rehab CEOs LLC, doing business as PT Job Connect ("PT Job Connect," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who this policy covers
This policy covers three groups of people:
- Therapists and PTAs who fill out a form on ptjobconnect.com, or who we reach out to directly about an open role.
- People who refer a therapist or PTA to us.
- Clinic owners and hiring managers who fill out our employer form or work with us to fill a role.
Information we collect
We collect the information you type into whichever form you use on ptjobconnect.com.
- Referral form: your name, your email address or phone number, the name of the person you are referring, and, if you give it, that person's contact information. You can add a phone number for yourself and a message. If you check the text-message consent box, that consent covers your own phone number only. We ask the person you refer for their own consent before we text them.
- Candidate form: your name and email address. If you give them, your phone number, whether you are a PT, a PTA, or a student or new grad, the city and state you are looking in, and what matters most to you in your next role.
- Employer form: your name, your clinic's name, and your email address. If you give them, your phone number, your city and state, and a message about your opening.
On every form, checking the text-message consent box adds your phone number to our list for job-related and candidate-related texts.
When you agree to receive texts, we record the exact wording you agreed to, the date and time, the version of that wording, the page you were on, your IP address, and your browser's user agent string. We keep this record to show what you agreed to and when.
Most of the therapists and PTAs we reach out to have not filled out a form. We build our outreach list from public sources: a clinic's own team page on its website, and the National Provider Identifier (NPI) registry run by the federal government. If you ask how we found you, that is the answer: your clinic's website or the NPI registry.
How we use your information
- Match therapists and PTAs with open roles at client clinics.
- Contact you by phone, email, text if you have consented, or LinkedIn about a role or a candidate.
- Keep a record of who we have talked to and what was said, in our recruiting CRM.
- Run our own business: track how our outreach is going, follow up on referrals, and pay referral or placement fees where they apply.
Text messages
We text a phone number only after the person it belongs to checks the text-message consent box on our site and agrees to the wording shown there. A referral names two people, and only the referrer's own number gets a consent record. We ask the referred person separately before we text them.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by emailing kadlecek@rehabceos.com or telling anyone from PT Job Connect to stop texting you.
We may email you even if you have not filled out a form. The CAN-SPAM Act does not require your consent before a recruiting email. Every email we send is honest about who sent it and what it is about, and carries our postal address: 5900 Balcones Dr, Suite 100, Austin, TX 78731. Every email has a working unsubscribe link, and we honor an unsubscribe within 10 business days.
Phone calls
A real person at PT Job Connect dials your number by hand. We do not use prerecorded voicemail drops or an autodialer to call a cell number without consent. If you ask us to stop calling, we stop and log the request.
Our recruiter reaches out on LinkedIn from her own account. If you would rather not be contacted there, tell her and she will stop.
Sharing your information
We share a candidate's information with a client clinic only for a specific role that candidate has agreed to be considered for. We do not send a client clinic our full candidate list, and we do not share your information with a clinic before you have agreed to be considered for that clinic's opening.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We share information with the vendors that run our systems, such as our recruiting CRM and our texting platform, and those vendors process your information only to run PT Job Connect on our behalf. This excludes your SMS opt-in data and your phone number: our vendors do not use those for their own marketing, and we do not share them with any other third party for marketing or promotional purposes. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information as long as we need it for recruiting, referral, or hiring purposes, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Your choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to opt out, or email kadlecek@rehabceos.com.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email kadlecek@rehabceos.com.
- Phone calls: tell us to stop calling and we will.
- Being on our outreach list at all: email kadlecek@rehabceos.com and ask us to remove you. We will take you off our list and stop reaching out.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. No system is fully secure, so we cannot promise your information will never be exposed.
Children
PT Job Connect is for licensed and licensure-track physical therapy professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our business changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date.
